About the role

Manage and arrange the store properly; ensure the store is always clean, neat and organised. Control inventory and maintain accurate stock records. Receive stock issue and stock receiving instructions from Procurement Department and act accordingly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and arrange the store properly; ensure the store is always clean, neat and organised
• Control inventory and maintain accurate stock records
• Receive stock issue and stock receiving instructions from Procurement Department and act accordingly
• Check and record all incoming and outgoing materials
• Load and unload materials from lorries using forklift
• Arrange and store materials properly and safely
• Conduct stock checking and report any shortage or discrepancy
• Take care of store equipment and maintain good housekeeping

About you

• Minimum 5 years' working experience in store/warehouse management
• Must be able to operate forklift safely and independently
• Familiar with stock receiving, stock issuing and inventory control
• Able to handle store and loading/unloading work with equipment like forklift
• Responsible, hardworking, organised and able to work independently
• Basic handyman skills such as fixing locks, simple plumbing and minor repair of store equipment will be an added advantage
