We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and support our business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, including wholesalers, distributors, restaurants, cafes, hotels and catering businesses.
• Promote and sell the company's frozen food products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct sales visits, product presentations and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports and customer records.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments and feedback.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Manage social media platforms and assist with promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business expansion.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or the food industry is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident and willing to approach new customers.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
• Familiarity with social media marketing is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
