Warehouse Helper

Location: Tuas, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helpers to support our daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.

This is a hands-on role suitable for individuals who are comfortable working in a warehouse environment and want to be part of a fast-moving logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Pick items according to customer orders
• Pack orders accurately and securely for delivery
• Receive and unload incoming goods
• Move cartons, pallets and inventory within the warehouse
• Sort and organise products into the correct storage locations
• Assist with inbound and outbound shipments
• Label, scan and check products where required
• Perform basic stock counting and inventory checks
• Prepare cartons, pallets and packing materials
• Keep picking, packing and storage areas clean and organised
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to the supervisor
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements
• Support other warehouse duties when required

Requirements

• No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided
• Able to perform physical warehouse work
• Able to carry and move cartons safely
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Able to follow instructions and warehouse processes accurately
• Punctual, responsible and reliable
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills
• Warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or e-commerce experience is an advantage

About the Role

You will be working as part of our warehouse operations team supporting the movement of goods from inbound → storage → picking → packing → outbound.

The role is operational and hands-on. Performance will be based on accuracy, productivity, attendance, teamwork and following warehouse procedures.

Candidates who perform well may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within warehouse operations.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
