Full Time Teacher Aide in Science Rooms Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Teacher Aide shall perform the following duties andresponsibilities:

• Support the procurement, organisation, maintenance and administrationof resources for the Science Rooms, including the purchase of requiredmaterials and equipment, stock-taking of apparatus, materials and teachingresources, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the ScienceRooms and their

equipment.

• Prepare materials, apparatus and equipment required forScience lessons, practical activities and experiments.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs ofapparatus and equipment used for Science lessons, where appropriate.
• Maintain and care for the school’s hydroponics systemsand related equipment.
• Assist in the teachers’ in the preparation and conductof Sciencerelated school programmes, activities and events.
• Support activities conducted at the Science EnrichCorner and ensure that the area and its resources are kept clean, organised andwell-maintained.
• Perform other Science Room-related duties as reasonablyassigned by the School.

The Teacher Aide

must

have at least two (2) yearsof relevant working experience in a Science Room, Science laboratory or asimilar educational setting.

The following qualifications, experience and skills arepreferred:

• At least one (1) year of experience in gardening,preferably involving hydroponics systems
• A diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good organisational and time-management skills, withthe ability to manage Science Room resources and tasks systematically.
• Basic computer literacy and be proficient in MicrosoftWord, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to communicate effectively in written andspoken English.
