• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience in social commerce, e-commerce, sales, digital marketing, or business development is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong sales mindset with the ability to follow up, convert leads, and close sales.

• Good understanding of social media and live commerce platforms.

• Identify, approach, and onboard KOLs, KOCs, and live commerce partners for collaboration.

• Plan and execute live commerce campaigns, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and sales approach.

• Negotiate commercial terms with KOLs, agencies, and platforms, including commission structure, pricing, bundles, and marketing support.

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of live sessions and group-buy campaigns, including timelines, content assets, product availability, and briefing.

• Manage and follow up on leads generated from live sessions and campaigns, with a strong focus on sales conversion and closing.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rate, GMV, and ROI, and recommend improvements.

• Build, maintain, and grow a strong database and pipeline of KOLs, KOCs, and potential business partners.

• Track and report campaign performance against sales targets and KPIs.
