We are looking for a
Restaurant Manager Trainee
who is keen to build a long-term career in the F&B industry. This is a
hands-on training role
where you will first be involved in frontline restaurant service and daily operations while gradually learning supervisory and management responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Frontline Restaurant Operations
Serve customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders and handle cashiering / payment transactions.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen and restaurant.
Replenish food, packaging and other operating supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Support opening and closing duties when required.
Training & Management Development
Learn the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant.
Work closely with supervisors and managers to understand restaurant operations.
Gradually take on responsibilities in team coordination and staff deployment.
Learn inventory, stock management and ordering procedures.
Gain exposure to sales, costs and restaurant performance.
Assist with training and guiding new crew members as experience is gained.
Progressively develop leadership and supervisory skills with the aim of taking on a management role.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in
F&B, retail, hospitality or customer service
is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, hands-on environment
.
Willing to perform frontline service and crew duties as the main part of the role initially.
Keen to learn and develop a career in
F&B restaurant management
.
Willing to work
shifts, weekends and public holidays
.
Able to work well as part of a team and gradually take on leadership responsibilities.

EHC has also explored business opportunities to the private sector within the education realm.
