Previous Customer Service / Travel / BPO experience is an advantage.

Strong Mandarin communication skillsto support theChina & Taiwan market.

B2-level English proficiency is required.

Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Strong computer navigation, typing/keyboarding, internet surfing, and PC skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Patient, professional, and customer-oriented.

Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Willing to work on-site in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Comfortable working in a shift-based customer service environment.

NSA provided where applicable.

Handle customer inquiries through outbound calls and emails.

Assist customers with hotel and flight bookings.

Handle booking cancellations, amendments, refunds, and related issues.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and effective solutions.

Communicate professionally with China & Taiwan customers in Mandarin and English.

Provide information about travel products and services.

Recommend additional or suitable services when appropriate.

Maintain accurate customer information and booking records in the relevant systems.

Follow company SOPs, policies, and customer service procedures.

Meet assigned customer service and KPI targets.

Handle multiple customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Maintain a professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
