Full Time Administrative Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in JOYX (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

● 3–5 years of experience in office administration, operations, or HR administration, including at least 2 years independently managing office operations.

● Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.

● Familiarity with basic Malaysian employment administration and EPF, SOCSO, and EIS procedures.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

● Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, judgment, execution, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

● Manage office facilities, leasing, vendors, procurement, property management, utilities, internet, insurance, office supplies, and equipment.

● Handle attendance, leave, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits, and basic employee relations.

● Coordinate administrative processes related to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.

● Implement headquarters policies, workplace discipline, meeting arrangements, team activities, and local administrative initiatives.

● Perform cashier duties, including petty cash management, initial expense claim review, payment-document preparation, invoice and receipt filing, and bank-document organization.

● Conduct monthly reconciliations with the Group Accountant.

● Coordinate operational matters with company secretaries, banks, property managers, insurers, government and regulatory authorities, tax agents, and auditors.

● Prepare documentation and provide on-site coordination for company, tax, labour, fire-safety, and other inspections.

Escalate material exceptions, compliance matters, and employee issues promptly.
