Experience in retail sales, product promotion, pharmacy retail, supermarket promotion, roadshows, events, beauty, health, wellness, or customer service is an advantage.

Confident in approaching customers and starting conversations.

Able to explain product information clearly and professionally.

Willing to participate in roadshows, product launches, and promotional activities when required.

Work Location:  2 Headcounts (1 in IOI City Mall (Putrajaya); 1 in Jalan Ipoh Batu 3 (near to PWTC))

Actively promote and sell company products to customers in a professional, friendly, and responsible manner.

Approach customers confidently and create interest in company products.

Explain product usage, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately.

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and customer engagement activities when required.

Monitor stock availability and report low stock, damaged products, or display issues.

Build good working relationships with retail staff, store representatives, customers, and event teams.

Support roadshows, product launches, sampling campaigns, and retail activations.

Provide sales updates, customer feedback, competitor observations, and market information to management.

Follow company procedures, product training guidelines, outlet rules, grooming standards, and reporting requirements.

Represent the company brand positively and responsibly at all times.
