We’re Hiring: Sourcing Specialist (Indirect)

At Eezee, we’re looking for a commercially sharp and resourceful Sourcing Specialist (Indirect) to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving sourcing challenges, finding the right suppliers, negotiating better commercial outcomes, and supporting a wide range of indirect procurement requirements across industries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for indirect procurement categories, including MRO, facilities, IT, office supplies, safety, services, equipment and other operational requirements

• Manage RFQs and identify suitable products, suppliers and alternatives based on customer specifications

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms and other commercial conditions

• Conduct supplier benchmarking and cost comparisons to ensure competitive pricing

• Develop and maintain a strong supplier network across local and regional markets

• Work closely with Sales, Operations and customers to clarify technical and commercial requirements

• Identify alternative products and suppliers when requested items are unavailable, expensive or have long lead times

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and category development

• Maintain accurate sourcing, quotation and supplier information within our systems

• Balance speed, competitiveness, quality and reliability when making sourcing decisions

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or supplier management

• Experience in indirect procurement, MRO or industrial products is strongly preferred

• Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills

• Comfortable sourcing unfamiliar or technical products and working through incomplete specifications

• Able to compare specifications and identify suitable product alternatives

• Strong research and problem-solving skills — you know how to find what others can’t

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple RFQs and priorities

• Good communication skills and confidence engaging suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Familiarity with B2B procurement platforms, ERP systems or e-commerce environments is an advantage
