ACCOMODATION PROVIDED

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the preschool.
• Guide, support and coordinate the teaching team in carrying out their daily responsibilities.
• Ensure classroom activities and teaching practices are delivered according to the school’s curriculum and standards.
• Observe and follow up on students’ learning, behaviour and developmental progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents and attend to enquiries or concerns professionally.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, school records and required documentation.
• Coordinate school programmes, celebrations, events and other activities throughout the year.
• Ensure teachers and staff follow the school’s policies, procedures and operational SOPs.
• Support the team in resolving daily operational matters effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in preschool or kindergarten is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Confident in communicating with parents and managing a team.
• Passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive environment for children.
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field is an advantage.
