Full Time Financial Planning Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Ingenious Works International (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the company.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor project budgets, actual costs, committed costs, and project profitability.

Perform project cost control and budget-versus-actual analysis.

Prepare and monitor company and project cash-flow forecasts.

Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, progress claims, and retention sums.

Review project cost-to-complete and identify potential cost overruns.

Work closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on project financial performance.

Review variation orders, claims, and other contract-related financial matters.

Ensure timely collection of progress claims and outstanding receivables.

Manage banking matters, payment schedules, and working capital.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other professional advisers.

Strengthen financial controls, accounting procedures, and reporting processes.

Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.

Provide financial analysis and advice to management to support business decisions.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in the construction, property development, engineering, or contracting industry.

Hands-on experience using SQL Accounting System is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of construction accounting, project costing, and financial management.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.

Familiar with progress claims, retention sums, variation orders, subcontractor payments, project costing, and cost-to-complete analysis.

Strong knowledge of full set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to analyse financial data.

Knowledge of taxation, statutory requirements, audit, and compliance.

Experience managing and supervising a finance/accounting team.

Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
