KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Motivate students through creative and engaging classroom activities.
• Plan and deliver English lessons according to the school syllabus.
• Prepare teaching materials, resources, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
• Create a positive, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Use appropriate teaching strategies, technology, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programmes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow school policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Education, English, TESL, English Language, Linguistics, Teaching, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication, classroom management, organisational, and time management skills.
• Dedicated and passionate about teaching and developing young learners.
• Positive, patient, friendly, and able to work well in a team.
• Experience teaching primary-level students is preferred.
• Willing to work extra hours when required.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience teaching Primary English.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate English activities.
• Proficiency in educational technology and modern teaching methods.
• Ability to support students with different learning needs.
