Based in Kuala Lumpur (KL).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, airline, travel, or tourism industry.

Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g. Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an added advantage.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Commercial Team.

Prepare sales reports, quotations, presentations, and related documentation.

Coordinate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and internal departments.

Manage enquiries, maintain sales records, and update databases.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and trade events.

Coordinate meetings and other sales-related administrative tasks.
