Full Time Land Surveyor Jobs, in MMC Corporation Berhad Kedah - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geospatial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Registered with the Board of Land Surveyors Malaysia (LJT) or equivalent professional body will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of land surveying principles, construction layout, engineering drawings, and survey data processing.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in land surveying for construction or infrastructure projects.

Experience in setting-out works, topographical surveys, as-built surveys, and construction layout verification.

Proficient in operating Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, levelling instruments, and survey data processing software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Conduct topographical, control, and setting-out surveys to support construction activities in accordance with project requirements.

Establish and verify survey control points, alignment, levels, and coordinates to ensure accurate project execution.

Perform as-built surveys and verify completed works against approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

Operate and maintain survey equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and levelling instruments, to ensure accurate survey data.

Process survey data and prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and supporting documentation for project records and submissions.

Coordinate with project engineers, construction teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support survey activities and resolve site discrepancies.

Maintain survey records, control point registers, and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with project requirements.

Support quality assurance activities by providing accurate survey data for progress monitoring, verification, and project control
