Full Time Facilities Manager (Singapore) Jobs, in Aptitude Asia - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our client at the Singapore office, with a primary focus on maintaining 100% uptime for the mission-critical trading environment.

• Critical Infrastructure: Manage core systems (UPS, generators, precision cooling, BMS) to ensure zero unplanned downtime for trading operations.
• Maintenance & Emergency Response: Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM), lead emergency escalation protocols, and perform root-cause analysis for any incidents.
• Vendor & Workplace Governance: Oversee local Tier 1 vendors (M&E, security, cleaning) to enforce strict SLAs, alongside general office operations, health & safety compliance, and local facility budgets.
• Light Site Administration: Serve as the local point of contact for administrative site services, including standard office amenities and coordination with global program teams.

• Experience: Proven track record in facilities management within a mission-critical environment (e.g., trading floor, data center, bank).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong background in critical M&E systems (power, cooling, BMS, fire suppression).
• Vendor Oversight: Experience managing critical facility vendors under strict SLAs and compliance standards.
• Certifications/Education: Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., IWFM, IOSH/NEBOSH).
