Full Time Senior Account Executive (AP) Jobs, in Superior Multi-Packaging Limited Northwest (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, staff claim verification, and reimbursement processing.
• Maintain and update accounting schedules, including CIP, PAR, depreciation and other supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset register and conduct physical sighting of fixed assets.
• Prepare journal voucher entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Assist in ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with AP and month-end closing exposure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
