HR Intern (Internship)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, memos, and other correspondence.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave records, and documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Assist in organizing staff activities, training sessions, and company events.
• Support payroll-related documentation and other HR administrative matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
