Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, job requests, and service changes while ensuring accurate system updates.
Coordinate with Operations to provide timely job updates and resolve service issues.
Manage job documentation, PODs, and supporting records for accurate invoicing.
Liaise with Accounts on billing enquiries, outstanding payments, and collection follow-ups.
Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Work closely with Operations and Accounts to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or other related courses.
