Full Time T Sr Finance Manager - Property Development (Subang Jaya, Selangor) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 18,000 in SUPER HERO FAMILY ENTERPRISE Selangor - Maukerja

To review and implement accounting controls and procedures to ensure that the business unit day to day operations are functioning smoothly.

•

To review the financial reports and analyse financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.

•

Manages activities of accounting and provides guidance and problem solving techniques to produce accurate accounts with minimal recording errors.

•

Responsible for managing daily treasury operations which including cash flow management, identifying surplus funds and placement of Fixed Deposit and Short Term Money Market, LC/BA etc.

•

Ensure timely submission of tax filling and GST return in compliance with local tax authorizes/custom.

•

Ensure audited accounts and annual reports are prepared on timely manner and compliance with statutory regulations.

•

Communicates with internal and external auditors, tax agents, bank, Inland Revenue Board, local government, legal counsel to fulfil responsibilities.

•

Preparation of the quarterly and yearly financial statement for the Bursa announcement and compliance.

•

Direct, train and supervise the finance team toward the Company objective and strategic plan on group reporting.

•

Performs other assignment or special projects as requested by CFO and the management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•

Professional qualifications in Accounting and /or Degree in Accounting / Finance such as ACCA, CIMA or MICPA.

•

More than 8 years working experience.

•

Excellent business sense and critical / analytical aptitude, with ability to act advisor / partner to line management.

•

Able to work independently with hands on experience in a high paced environment, resourceful and meticulous.

•

Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with leadership qualities, good business acumen and ability to work effectively with team members.

•

Strong analytical skills to clearly link financial results to operational performance.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
