Job Description :

• Day to day business support of enterprise solutions.
• Respond to issues that arise through onsite, email, and teams.
• Attend hardware and software issues. Examples: BSOD, connection problems with devices like laptop and printers, MS 365 application error, etc.
• Maintain IT inventory: Register new assets (laptop, monitor, or other devices).

New staff orientation: Setup hardware devices for new joiners and introduce them to Mamee Application.

Job Requirement :

Diploma/Degree

English/BM

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ayer Keroh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
