Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and arrange manpower, work assignments and production schedules.
Monitor production progress to ensure orders are completed on time.
Ensure product quality meets company and customer requirements.
Supervise production operators and provide guidance and training.
Monitor machine operations, productivity and material usage.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping and company procedures.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with management, warehouse and office staff on production requirements.
Prepare and maintain production records and reports.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in corrugated packaging, printing or die-cutting will be an advantage.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage production manpower and work under pressure.
Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with production workers and management.
