About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Senior Sales Manager to lead private event sales, VIP table reservations, and corporate bookings for our premier nightclub and nightlife venue. In this role, you will drive top-line revenue by establishing strategic partnerships, courting high-net-worth clients, managing private event space rentals, and leading a team of VIP host hostesses and sales promoters. You will be the face of our venue for corporate clients, event planners, and nightlife VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue & Sales Execution: Drive revenue through private venue buys-outs, corporate events, brand activations, private parties, and premium VIP bottle service bookings to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with concierge services, event planners, corporate planners, luxury brands, and high-net-worth individuals to drive repeat business.

• Team Leadership & VIP Hosting: Supervise, train, and mentor the sales promotion team, VIP host staff, and guest relations team to elevate the overall guest hospitality experience and upsell premium packages.

• Outreach & Networking: Actively prospect new business, attend industry networking events, and collaborate with local hospitality networks, tourism boards, and nightlife partners.

• Cross-Functional Event Planning: Collaborate closely with Venue Management, Beverage & Operations teams, and Marketing to execute seamless events, custom floor layouts, and tailored food/beverage menus.

• Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Deliver weekly sales activity reports, manage event contracts/deposits, and oversee accurate revenue forecasting.
