Full Time Process Integration Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in SILITH TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

·      Process Development & Support: Collaboratewith foundries to develop and optimize process flows; interpret PDKs andprocess specifications to support design teams; evaluate new process nodes.

·      Problem Solving: Work with foundries on failureanalysis to identify root causes and drive process improvements; manageproduction issues and delays.

·      Yield & Reliability Improvement: Analyzeyield data, optimize process windows, and support reliability testing to ensurestable mass production.

·      Cross-functional Communication: Serve as atechnical interface between design houses and foundries; coordinate reviews toensure alignment between design and process.

·      Tape-out & Mass Production Support: Supporttape-out activities, including mask data preparation and process documentationreview; monitor production yield and process parameters to proactively preventand resolve issues.

·      Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics,Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·       Solid understanding of semiconductorprocess flows; experience in process integration or process development ispreferred.

·       Strong data analysis skills with theability to independently identify and resolve process-related issues.

·       Excellent communication andcoordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-functionalproblem-solving.

·      Abilityto effectively support international collaboration.
