Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an Account Executive role, preferably within the travel or service industry.

Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in account receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

Solid understanding of tax compliance regulations relevant to businesses operating in Malaysia.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment at our Kuala Lumpur office.

Familiarity with the travel industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their travel dreams is highly advantageous.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.

Process accounts receivable accurately and efficiently, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.

Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance for all assigned accounts, staying updated on relevant regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

Prepare financial reports and analyses for management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.

Assist with general accounting tasks as needed, supporting the broader finance department.

Leverage knowledge of the travel industry to better understand and serve client needs.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
