Role Description The AI Trainer (ACLP/ACTA) is a parti-time, contract based role based in Singapore. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs related to artificial intelligence, data-driven tools, and their application in financial technology and information security.

The AI Trainer will update course content to align with current industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging AI technologies, while collecting feedback to improve training effectiveness.

The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to customize training solutions, supporting accreditation requirements (e.g., ACLP/ACTA, WSQ), and maintaining accurate training records and reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, data analytics, and their applications in financial technology or related domains.
• Candidates should possess collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), ACTA, or equivalent training certification is strongly preferred.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field is beneficial.
