About the role…

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the branding, business development, and market expansion initiatives for our smart warehouse and logistics business in Singapore. The role will focus on strategic marketing campaigns, industry partnerships, client engagement, and pipeline development to strengthen the company’s market presence across logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, and industrial sectors.

Job Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the logistics, warehousing, automation, and supply chain industries
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and business opportunities to support regional expansion initiatives
• Support digital marketing campaigns including social media, website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing materials, presentations, and corporate branding strategies
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client engagement activities

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, government agencies, and business associations
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
• Support partnership development with logistics, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders
• Assist in managing media communications, People Relations activities, and strategic collaborations

Pipeline & Reporting Management

• Support lead generation activities and maintain marketing pipeline tracking and reporting
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics
• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and business updates for management review
• Maintain CRM databases, client records, and marketing documentation
• Support tender submissions, proposal preparation, and client presentations when require

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills to manage the main tasks:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or related disciplines
• 3–7 years digital marketing experiences, preferably in B2B, logistics, industrial, real estate, supply chain, or technology-related industries
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, branding strategies, and lead generation campaigns
• Experience in managing exhibitions, corporate events, and partnership engagement activities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and market analysis
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
• Experience in logistics, warehouse automation, smart warehouse, or industrial property sectors will be an added advantage
• Singapore market experience is preferred
