Full Time Inside Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Soliken WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

2–3 years of sales experience (fresh grads encouraged to apply).

Experience in gadgets, mobile accessories, consumer electronics or IT products is preferred.

Good understanding of gadget products and their basic functions/specifications.

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

Able to work with sales targets and deadlines.

Possess own transport (allowances provided).

Mandarin-speaking will be an advantage.

Support the sales team in daily sales activities to achieve targets.

Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide prompt support.

Follow up on consignment stock, including stock movement, replenishment, and collection.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and new gadget products.

Update sales activities in CRM and prepare simple sales reports.

Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Assist in sales promotions, events, and product roadshows.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
