Full Time Director Corporate Development Jobs, in Syensqo - Maukerja

We’re hiring a Director, Corporate Development – Asia to join Syensqo’s Corporate Development team.

This is a senior role for an experienced deal professional who wants to shape and execute strategic transactions across Asia, with end-to-end ownership spanning M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

You’ll work closely with senior business and functional leaders, lead complex cross-border transactions, help build our regional deal pipeline, and drive value creation through integration and separation.

We’re looking for someone with significant M&A or principal investing experience from with both advisory and corporate offices, strong commercial and financial judgement, and a track record of leading complex transactions in Asia.
