WE’RE HIRING — ACCOUNT MANAGER

S$4,500–S$5,500/month

COCO Creative Studio is an independent creative agency and production studio based in Singapore, working with leading local and international brands.

Our work spans creative campaigns, photography, film, social content, branding, design, CGI/3D, motion, digital experiences and AI-driven creative production.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Account Manager to become the key link between our clients and creative team.

THE ROLE

You’ll manage projects from the initial client brief through creative development, production and final delivery — making sure the work is on brief, on time and delivered to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

• Acting as the main day-to-day contact for your accounts

• Understanding client objectives and translating them into clear creative briefs

• Managing multiple projects across photography, video, design, social content, CGI/3D and digital

• Coordinating our designers, photographers, videographers, editors, retouchers and production partners

• Managing timelines, priorities, budgets, feedback rounds and final deliveries

• Keeping communication between clients and the creative team clear and efficient

• Reviewing deliverables and helping maintain COCO’s quality standards before client presentation

• Preparing project scopes, proposals, quotations and presentations with the team

• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional COCO services

• Anticipating challenges and finding solutions before they become problems

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You do not need to be a designer or hands-on creative.

What matters is that you understand the creative process, communicate exceptionally well and know how to keep clients, creatives and projects moving in the same direction.

You should:

• Have previous experience in account management, client servicing or project management, ideally within a creative, advertising, marketing, media or production environment

• Be confident managing clients independently

• Be highly organised and comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Be able to turn client requests and feedback into clear direction for creative teams

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have strong attention to detail and a high standard for delivery

• Be proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment

• Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

Experience with creative tools, project management platforms or AI tools is a plus, but not a requirement.

This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
