The Senior Crew is responsible for supporting the smooth daily operation of the indoor theme park while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of safety and service. The role also assists the management team in supervising and guiding junior crew during daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Park Operations & Safety
- Carry out daily opening, closing and operational duties according to company SOPs.
- Conduct basic safety checks on play areas, attractions and equipment before and during operations.
- Ensure customers follow park rules and safety requirements at all times.
- Immediately report any damaged equipment, safety hazards or operational issues to the management team.
- Assist in handling accidents, emergencies and incidents according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the park.
Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain park rules, activities, packages and promotions to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and basic complaints, and escalate serious matters to the management team.
- Ensure customers have a safe, enjoyable and positive experience.
Team Support & Supervision
- Guide and support junior crew in carrying out their daily duties.
- Assist with staff deployment and ensure assigned stations are properly covered.
- Monitor junior crew’s compliance with SOPs, safety standards, grooming and customer service expectations.
- Assist in training and coaching new and junior crew.
- Report staff or operational concerns to the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
Sales & Cashier Support
- Support the park in achieving its sales targets by promoting available packages, promotions, memberships and activities.
- Perform cashier and POS duties when assigned.
- Ensure payments and transactions are handled accurately according to company procedures.
- Encourage upselling and provide customers with suitable information on park offerings.
Events & Activities
- Assist with birthday parties, group visits, school trips, events and promotional activities.
- Support event setup, customer coordination and activities as assigned.
- Ensure event areas are properly prepared and maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
- SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in family entertainment, theme parks, attractions, retail, hospitality, F&B or customer service.
- Experience in guiding or supervising junior team members is an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to handle customers and operational issues calmly.
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification is an advantage.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 5 days working 2 days off
- Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform hands-on operational duties.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
