Social Media & E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Salary: $2,300 - $2,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Ubi

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

• Maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns

• Coordinate e-commerce sales activities and platform promotions

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales support

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets

• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Support social media and online marketing activities

• Assist with other e-commerce operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is required

• Familiar with e-commerce operations, promotional campaigns, and customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Able to interpret sales data and prepare basic performance reports

• Experience using AI tools for work-related tasks is preferred

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently

• Able to multitask and manage daily operational priorities efficiently

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
