Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty and massage shop to maintain smooth workflow and service delivery
• Supervise staff by assigning tasks and arranging work schedules to optimize team performance
• Deliver and uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback to resolve issues and improve service
• Monitor sales performance and assist in executing marketing activities to drive business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the beauty, spa, or massage industry to understand service standards and customer expectations
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and staff
• Ability to manage staff and shop operations independently with responsibility and accountability
