We are looking for an accomplished legal leader to take on a broad, senior and highly visible role supporting our businesses across multiple markets and jurisdictions.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will operate at the intersection of law, business and strategy, partnering senior leaders on complex commercial matters, corporate transactions, regulatory issues, disputes and strategic initiatives.

This is not a role removed from the action. You will be expected to think strategically, advise confidently and execute hands-on, navigating the legal and commercial complexity that comes with operating across a large and diverse international business.

The Role

• Partner senior leadership on high-impact business decisions, strategic initiatives and cross-border matters.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice across a diverse portfolio of businesses and jurisdictions.
• Structure, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Advise on corporate law, governance and corporate secretarial matters.
• Support M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and other significant corporate transactions.
• Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory, compliance and legal risk.
• Lead litigation, disputes and investigations, including management of external counsel and legal spend.
• Strengthen legal frameworks, processes and ways of working, harnessing AI and legal technology where they can drive greater effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and translate them into clear, actionable advice for the business.

What You Bring

• Qualified lawyer with 15+ years' PQE, gained in private practice, in-house or a combination of both.
• Strong breadth across corporate, commercial, disputes and general business legal matters.
• Proven experience handling complex, cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to navigate legal risk without losing sight of business objectives.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Gravitas and credibility to engage, challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• A hands-on, agile mindset, equally comfortable shaping strategy and getting into the detail.
