Full Time Pantry - Coffee Machine Support Staff Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,300 in V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor 3 automatic coffee machines.
• Refill coffee beans, milk, chocolate powder, tea, sugar, cups, lids and other pantry supplies.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines and pantry areas.
• Check machines for errors, leaks and other basic issues.
• Put up warning signs if a machine is unsafe or unavailable.
• Keep the Pantry tidy and safe.
• Clean sinks, dish racks, tables and common areas.
• Monitor pantry stock and conduct regular stock counts.
• Record stock usage, expiry dates, machine faults and daily activities.
• Follow FEFO (First-Expire, First-Out) for dated stock.
• Coordinate with the coffee machine service vendor for maintenance and repairs.
• Support good housekeeping and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in pantry, hospitality, facilities, administration, customer service or similar work.
• Experience operating and cleaning automatic coffee machines or similar beverage equipment.
• Experience in stock checking, replenishment and basic record keeping, basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Able to identify basic machine problems and report/escalate them promptly.
• Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Preferred

• WSQ Customer Service certification or equivalent.
• Training in facilities management, hospitality, work place operations or pantry services.
