Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of relevant working experience to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that promote the company's products, services and retail initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the MYDIN HQ team, outlet management and relevant departments to execute promotional activities, enhance customer engagement, coordinate marketing events and support digital marketing initiatives that drive store traffic and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute in-store promotions and retail marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and sales.

- Collaborate with the inventory team to promote new arrivals and improve the movement of slow-moving stock.

- Support customer engagement initiatives and promote the MERIAH Card to enhance customer loyalty.

- Coordinate promotional events, marketing activities and new outlet openings.

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and online advertising platforms.

- Prepare marketing content and promotional materials for online and offline channels.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities.

- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Marketing, preferably in retail, supermarket or consumer-facing industries. (Fresh Grad are encourage to apply)

- Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Creative, proactive and able to work collaboratively with different departments.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising and content creation is an advantage.

- Willing to travel to retail outlets and attend promotional events when required.
