Full Time Human Resources Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Chicago Chicken City Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, retail, or multi-outlet industry.

Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsible, independent, and able to collaborate effectively with management and other departments.

Proficient in HR data analysis and using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to generate reports and insights.

Lead and manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.

Work closely with management to develop, strengthen, and formalise HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Oversee and manage employee performance appraisal systems to promote productivity, accountability, and high performance.

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.

Support organisational planning initiatives and employee engagement activities to strengthen company culture.

Provide HR guidance and support to outlet managers in handling daily human resource matters and employee-related concerns.
