The Beauty Consultant is responsible for overseeing thedaily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, drivingsales performance, and leading the team to achieve business targets. This rolerequires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a results-drivenmindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Performance

   •   Achieve and exceedmonthly sales targets

   •   Drive team salesperformance through active coaching, motivation, and monitoring.

   •   Upsell andcross-sell spa treatments, packages, and retail products.

   •   Trackdaily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement improvementstrategies.

   •   Ensure alltherapists actively promote packages and memberships to customers.

2. Team Management & Leadership

   •   Lead, supervise, andmotivate therapists and front desk staff.

   •   Conduct regulartraining on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.

   •   Monitor staff KPIperformance (sales, attendance, service quality).

   •   Enforce company SOP,grooming standards, and discipline.

   •   Prepare staffschedules and ensure sufficient manpower at all times.

3. Customer Experience & Retention

   •   Ensure highstandards of customer service and satisfaction.

   •   Handle customerfeedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

   •   Build strongrelationships with VIP clients to encourage repeat business.

   •   Ensure properconsultation is conducted before treatments.

4. Operations Management

   •   Oversee daily outletoperations including opening/closing procedures.

   •   Ensure cleanliness,hygiene, and overall presentation of the spa.

   •   Manage stock levels,inventory control, and ordering of products.

   •   Ensure all equipmentis well-maintained and functioning.

5. Marketing & Business Development

   •   Support and executepromotional campaigns and packages.

   •   Drive customerretention programs and referral initiatives.

   •   Identifyopportunities to grow revenue and improve business performance.

Additional Expectations:

   •   Maintainprofessional image at all times (grooming, uniform, attitude)

   •   Lead by example inboth service and sales

   •   Strictly adhere tocompany policies and SOP

Requirements

·    Experience: Minimum 3+ years ofexperience in the beauty or salon industry, with leadership experience oftenrequired.

·    Skills: Strong leadership,interpersonal, and communication skills.

·    Knowledge: Working knowledge ofbeauty trends, skincare therapies, and hair removal techniques.

·    Plus Point! Holding one of the following certificates: CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC,NSRS, NITEC, WSQ

Workinglocation:

·      Serangoon Garden

·      6 days off per month (No off-day schedule on Saturday / Sunday /Public Holiday)
