Job Summary

You will support daily gym operations by welcoming children and parents, managing enquiries and payments, maintaining accurate payment records, sanitizing equipment, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register children attending classes to ensure smooth class start
• Communicate clearly and courteously with parents during handover of children
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries to provide excellent service
• Process and record payments for classes to maintain accurate financial records
• Update payment records in accounting systems to ensure data accuracy
• Sanitize gym equipment regularly to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
• Perform assigned ad hoc duties to support daily gym operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office to efficiently manage administrative tasks
• ITE or Diploma holder in any related field to support operational knowledge
• Demonstrate a fun and energetic personality to engage with children and parents
• Show genuine interest in working with children to foster a positive environment
• Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear interactions with customers
