Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Operator to join our Plastic Injection Moulding Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, inspecting plastic components, performing assembly and packing duties, and maintaining product quality according to company standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: Secondary school level.

• Able to perform repetitive manual work and stand for extended periods.

• Able to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Able to work overtime or shifts when required.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Operate plastic injection moulding machines according to production instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Load and unload plastic components from machines and production equipment.

• Perform visual inspections on plastic components to identify defects such as cracks, scratches, short shots, flash, deformation, and colour differences.

• Carry out trimming, cutting, deburring, and removal of excess plastic from moulded components.

• Perform assembly of plastic components and other related parts as required.

• Conduct sorting, counting, labelling, packing, and boxing of finished products.

• Ensure products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications.

• Report defective products, machine abnormalities, and production issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workstation in accordance with 5S requirements.

• Assist with material handling and movement of work-in-progress and finished goods.
