BOH Assistant Chef (AC) : Assistant Chef should be able to support the Chef in managing daily BOH operations independently when assigned, while maintaining product quality, food safety, production efficiency and team accountability.(100% hand on)

BOH Management Trainee (MT): Ready to take part of daily bakery production operations, ensure SOP compliance, support production planning, inventory control, food safety, and develop leadership skills.(100% hand on)

BOH Senior Baker : Lead daily production, ensure product quality and consistency, supervise junior bakers, maintain food safety standards, and minimize production waste.

BOH Baker : Prepare and bake products according to recipes and SOPs, maintain hygiene standards, support daily production, and ensure product quality and freshness.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
