Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain efficient workflow and high food quality standards
• Lead and manage kitchen crew to ensure teamwork, productivity, and compliance with operational procedures
• Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness to meet health and safety standards
• Enforce adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality
• Manage relationships and communications with company stakeholders to support operational goals
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support business objectives
