The Indigo Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Media & IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording, editing, and uploading lessons for students to access through our Learning Portal. Additionally, the Media & IT Executive will provide essential IT support and assist with marketing production.

Responsibilities:

Lesson Recording and Editing:

• Record, edit, and upload lessons to the learning portal.
• Ensure high-quality video and audio production.
• Manage and organize digital content.

IT Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity and network issues.
• Address hardware and software-related issues for laptops.
• Implement and manage simple cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide first-line support for any technical issues.

Marketing Production:

• Set up filming equipment for marketing content.
• Record marketing videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in video recording and editing.
• Basic IT support skills, including troubleshooting connectivity and hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols.
• Availability to work on weekends and/or Public Holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Background in media production.
