Job Description
Responsibilities
Managing and supervising daily construction site operations.
Supervising workers, foremen, subcontractors, and site activities.
Monitoring project progress, manpower deployment, materials, and equipment.
Ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements and applicable regulations.
Conducting site inspections and maintaining construction quality standards.
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Preparing site progress reports and maintaining relevant project records.
Identifying and resolving site issues, delays, and defects.
Performing other reasonable duties related to construction site management as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
Practical construction experience
Relevant Technical qualifications may be accepted depending on the employer and the nature of the project.
Ability to manage construction workers, subcontractors and daily site activities.
Experience monitoring project schedule ,quality, materials and manpower.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures.
Relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Training.
Able to work 6 Days in week(Sat & Sunday inclusive)
Any 1 day from the weekday will be the off day.
Able to attend and answer the phone calls of Customer enquiry
Able to do the electrical & Plumbing works
