Job Description
Responsibilities
Industry: Semiconductor / Manufacturing
Location: Yishun
Gross up to $4000++
Basic Salary + allowances = $3,100++ (before OT)
Meal Allowance: $10/day
Day Shift Allowance: $15/day
Night Shift Allowance: $30/day
Working Hours: 4334 Rotating Shift
16 Working Days/Month
️ Day Shift: 8:30am – 8:30pm
Night Shift: 8:30pm – 8:30am
Training: 5 days - after probation will allocate to shift
Job Responsibilities:
Support wafer dicing operations and daily manufacturing activities.
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Handle and move wafers (up to 10kg wafer cassettes)
Perform wafer testing, microscope inspection, die testing and sorting according to SOPs.
Follow production schedules and work at different stations as required.
Maintain product quality, workplace safety, cleanroom practices and 6S standards.
Requirements
No experience needed, but must interested in production
Experience in wafer fab / manufacturing environment is a plus.
Cleanroom experiences are welcome
Good eyesight required for microscope inspection
Full Training Provided
Good attendance is MUST / IMPORTANT
