About the Role

You will work independently within an established framework, connecting with individuals exploring personal and professional development opportunities and introducing established personal development and leadership education programs. You will have access to established systems, training, mentoring and ongoing support.

The infrastructure is already in place, you bring the drive, consistency and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals exploring personal and professional development opportunities.

• Have meaningful conversations with prospective clients and candidates.

• Introduce established personal development and leadership education programs to suitable individuals.

• Follow an established communication and business development process.

• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development.

• Build relationships within a growing international community.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working independently and communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Growth minded, self motivated and willing to learn.

• Able to commit approximately 15 to 20 focused hours per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education, leadership, learning and development or personal development.

• Background in training, consulting, people and culture, healthcare or other people focused professions.

• Experience communicating with clients, customers or professional communities is an advantage.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

This is an independent, performance based opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Earnings are commission and performance based and will vary according to individual activity and results.
