We are seeking for ServiceNow Developer Position

Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Singapore

Timings : Regular working hours

Yrs of Exp: 4+ years of relevant experience

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow platform solutions focused on IT Service Management (ITSM). You will work with business and technical teams to implement workflows, automate processes, enhance user experience, and support enterprise service management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Key skills required Experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request, and Service Catalog. •
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management lifecycle.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and CI relationship management.
• Exposure to ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and SLA management.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases
