Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee procurement of medical supplies, dialysis consumables, biomedical equipment, and general operational supplies.
• Develop purchasing plans and ensure timely procurement to support daily healthcare operations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee stock and inventory management across dialysis centres, ensuring sufficient stock availability and accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock movement, consumption trends, minimum stock levels, and replenishment planning to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement documentation.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve purchasing and inventory control processes.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, and finance teams to ensure efficient procurement and stock management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience in healthcare procurement, medical supplies, or dialysis operations is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and inventory control skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
