What You Will Do:

• Oversee end-to-end production of design and software experiences; managing from initial script adjustments and logistics to final delivery and quality across the full development lifecycle.
• Team Guidelines or Production Plan with the project lead, shaping scope, staffing, and strategic priorities based on user value and business goals
• Navigate hardware and software constraints and collaborate with engineering to reframe the issues that maintain a seamless user experience.
• Evaluate design quality and represent the design point of view in cross-functional forums, making creative calls when balancing competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Build and orchestrate an AI agent and workflows that redesign the creative pipeline at a systems level.
• Convert high-level business goals into executable roadmaps and product briefs that synthesize customer needs for cross-functional teams.
• Collect and provide design and development feedback across internal teams and external stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

Degree or above in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.

3 to 5 years of experience in production, program management, or operational leadership within product design, hardware/software development, or a related creative/technical field.

Experience shipping consumer products that span hardware and software.

Track record managing complex, cross-functional productions end-to-end through the full development lifecycle.

Working knowledge of hardware/software integration.

The ability to engage with engineering on system constraints and architecture decisions.

Experience with AI tools and workflows in a production or design operations context.

Experience evaluating design quality against established standards and providing actionable, structured feedback to improve outcomes.

Plus: experience in Fintech or ePayment in Singapore Companies.

Proficiency in English.

Good interpersonal, influencing and ability to drive a diverse group including internal and external stakeholders.

Committed, self-motivated and action-oriented personality with strong ownership.

Plus: a "startup" mindset and the ability to work through any obstacles in your path.

Proficient in MS Office.
