As a Cinema Executive, you will support the daily operations of the cinema, lead service delivery on the ground, and ensure our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily cinema operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and support Cinema Service Crew in delivering excellent customer service.
Assist with staff scheduling, deployment, and on-the-job training.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor ticketing, concessions, and cinema hall operations.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and daily operational reporting.
Support promotional activities and execute company initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented, responsible, and able to lead by example.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
